GOD'S GIFT
Rejoice people of all nations
Lift up your hearts and sing
For God has given you a gift
The greatest gift any could bring
A new star shining so bright
High up in the dark night sky
Of all those who could see
Only a few knew the reason why
Jesus Christ was to be born
In a manger in a stables stall
To be born helpless and humble
Yet more powerful than us all
Thank God and sing his praise
For sending his only begotten son
Giving us another chance at Heaven
Instead of us going to the unholy one
Christmas is for us to remember
God's unequaled mercy and love
Let us sing out praises joyfully
While we lift our hearts above
